My journey in property management started in 2003, when an investor asked me to help manage her rental property near BYU. At the time, I lived in Provo and knew the area well. What started as an opportunity to help one investor became the beginning of a business
In 2006, after graduating college, I took a position as an in-house Property Manager for a 34-unit apartment community in Salt Lake City, near the Capitol. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what it really takes to manage a rental property—working with tenants, handling maintenance, solving problems, protecting the property, and making the countless decisions that come with being a landlord.
More than two decades later, I now partner with property owners throughout Salt Lake and Utah County, building long-term relationships along the way. Today, I lead Sea Mountain Property Management, where my focus is simple: helping owners simplify their lives and get their time back while taking care of their investments.
When I'm not working, family is at the center of my life.
I enjoy the simple things—making homemade salsas, smoking salmon, and cooking just about every style of beef you can imagine. Birria and Brisket are a favorite at home.
I am a member of the Timpanogos Emergency Response Team under the Utah County Sherifs Office, I also enjoy listening to a few good books each year and staying involved by serving locally and being part of the community around me.
After more than 20 years in property management, I've learned that success isn't only measured by how well a property performs.
It's also measured by the relationships you build, the trust you earn, and the lives you make a little easier.
That's the kind of service I strive to provide at Sea Mountain Property Management.
It is fun to catch a break and travel with the kids
